South Australian Giant Boarfish (aka Duckfish) (Paristiopterus labiosus) is wild caught in the pristine waters of the Southern Ocean and unloaded in Port Lincoln. Giant Boarfish is a lesser known and under-utilised sustainable fish species. It has white delicate fillets that are sweet in flavour. Giant Boarfish can be crumbed, shallow pan fried, deep fried, oven baked or grilled. Giant Boarfish is filleted fresh, packed and blast frozen all on the same day.
