Sashimi Tuna with soy, ginger and seasame

100gm Mori Seafood Southern Bluefin Tuna Sashimi Slices
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
2 cm knob of fresh ginger, finely grated
1/2 long red chilli finely chopped
Juice of 1/2 lime
3 drops sesame oil
2 tsp white sesame seeds
2 tsp black sesame seeds
Toasted bread to serve

Sashimi Tuna with soy, ginger and seasame

In a small bowl combine the soy sauce, vinegar, ginger, chilli, lime juice & sesame oil and mix well to combine.

On a platter, place the slices of tuna and drizzle over the dressing. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve immediately with slices of toasted bread or some good lavosh crackers.
