Korean Style BBQ Lobster Tail
Prepare a coal grill, aiming to cook over a medium heat. Too hot will burn the lobster.
Arrange condiments. Place crushed garlic, toasted sesame seeds, sesame oil and pinch of salt into a small dish as an additional side.
Once grill has reached temperature, brush the lobster with grapeseed oil, sprinkle with salt, and place on the grill, shell side down for 4 minutes. Turn over to finish, flesh-side down for 1 minute.
Rest for 30 seconds, then serve.
