Ingredients
2 x 100g Mori Kingfish Sashimi Slices
1 Lebanese cucumber
1 jalapeno chilli
1 bunch coriander
Juice of 2 limes
1 avocado, sliced
¼ red onion, sliced

Kingfish Aquachile

Place cucumber, chilli, ¾ of the coriander and lime juice into a blender and blitz until smooth.

Lay kingfish, avocado and red onion onto a serving plate.

Spoon over aguachile sauce and garnish with remaining coriander to serve.
