How to: pan fry fish

200g Ferguson Australia fish fillets, 3-4 pieces
2 tablespoon plain flour
2 teaspoon butter
Salt and pepper

Medium sized frying pan

How to: pan fry fish

Season flour with salt and pepper

Coat each fillet in flour and coat all sides.

Using 1 teaspoon of the butter thinly spread butter on one side of each fillet as you would if lightly buttering a piece of bread.

Heat frying pan over medium heat. Place fish fillets buttered side down and cook for 4-5 minutes. Flip fish, add remaining butter to the pan and cook for a further 2 minutes.

Serve with a fresh squeeze of lemon juice.
