Ingredients
2 x 100g Mori Tuna Sashimi Slices
1 bunch asparagus
Zest and juice of 1 lemon
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp fresh chives, finely chopped
Salt flakes

10min Tuna Sashimi

Brush asparagus with olive oil, season and grill until tender.

Combine lemon zest and juice, olive oil and chives to make dressing. Season to taste.

Arrange asparagus and tuna on a serving plate.

Top with dressing. Sprinkle salt flakes.
