Ingredients
1 x 200g Ferguson Australia King Prawn Cutlets Raw
2 tsp sesame oil
2 egg
120g bok choy, chopped
120g green beans, chopped
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
4 tsp sriracha
100g Rice Noodle, follow cooking instructions on packet

Method:
1. Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce and sriracha in bowl. Add raw prawn cutlets to bowl, toss through and marinate.

2. On high heat, add sesame oil to wok or frying pan and cook scrambled eggs.

3. Add and stir fry vegetables, prawns with sauce and soft cooked noodles. Once mixed through serve into two bowls.
