Lobster infused olive oil - 100ml & 250ml
Lobster Oil is a perfect accompaniment to seafood, pasta, noodles, stir-fry, curries, soup, sauteed vegetables, risotto and is ideal as a marinade or dipping oil.
- Place 2/3 Lobster Oil with 1/3 White Balsamic Vinegar in a bowl and use as dipping oil with warmed bread and dukkah
- Drizzle on open sandwiches (omit butter)
- Great for dipping Ferguson cooked lobster meat or prawns
- Drizzle over baked potato or add to mashed potato
- Use in rice or couscous
- Add to sauces and gravies
- Add lobster oil to mayonnaise for a seafood dressing and hollandaise
- Use the lobster oil as a garnish, replacing caviar
- Slice tomatoes, fetta cheese, fresh basil and black olives. Place ingredients together on bread, drizzle lobster oil and grill.
