Lobster Oil is a perfect accompaniment to seafood, pasta, noodles, stir-fry, curries, soup, sauteed vegetables, risotto and is ideal as a marinade or dipping oil.

  • Place 2/3 Lobster Oil with 1/3 White Balsamic Vinegar in a bowl and use as dipping oil with warmed bread and dukkah
  • Drizzle on open sandwiches (omit butter)
  • Great for dipping Ferguson cooked lobster meat or prawns
  • Drizzle over baked potato or add to mashed potato
  • Use in rice or couscous
  • Add to sauces and gravies
  • Add lobster oil to mayonnaise for a seafood dressing and hollandaise
  • Use the lobster oil as a garnish, replacing caviar
  • Slice tomatoes, fetta cheese, fresh basil and black olives.  Place ingredients together on bread, drizzle lobster oil and grill.
